The GREAT Service Promise
Team Rehab uk was set up in January 2016, by physiotherapist, Chris Heywood, to create a company that delivered modern physiotherapy and sports injury rehabilitation, but was founded upon sound principles of Honesty, Quality and Integrity. One of the initial processes was to develop a set of service values founded upon our vast experience within the rehabilitation sector. From this came our GREAT service promise to you:

Patient Reviews
'A Sign of Honesty, Quality and Integrity in Physiotherapy Healthcare'
We stand by our company mantra and always try to ensure our clients have the very best possible experience. We do not constantly chase for reviews, nor do we pay for or reward them in any way, unlike some of our competitors.
We recognise that you are putting your most valuable and prised asset, you, in our hands and paying a premium for our expertise. For this reason, we would urge you to read our reviews to ensure you feel we are the right fit for you, as an individual.

Amazing NEW Brixworth Clinic
Machinery specifics are for artistic impression only
In February 2024 we were excited to move into our brand new 2300sq ft rehabilitation center in Brixworth, Northamptonshire (satellite clinic still in Corby). We have re-invested heavily in this purpose-built suite focusing on patient comfort, experience, and rehabilitation opportunities. We are now able to offer you even more including pre-bookable access to our rehab gym, where you can carry out your individualised regime between physiotherapy sessions, independently.
Our Team
The only reason we can provide such a premium level of care is down to our extremely experienced and talented clinicians. Our clinical team, currently made up of Chris Heywood, Anna Lobo (Elliott), Michelle Pullen and Judy Lucas has a vast collective knowledge of the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries and can be considered one of the area's leading experts in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions such as lower back pain (see Chris's bio).

Chartered Physiotherapy vs Others
Physiotherapy and physical therapy have both been protected titles since around 2005. Misrepresenting yourself as a physio, if you are not, is no different from pretending to be a nurse, a doctor, or a dentist and is a criminal offense. Many of our non-physio colleagues offer extremely valuable alternatives to our own approach, which we wholeheartedly support. Please just make sure your therapist is what you presume they are, and that are qualified to deliver the care that you are paying for
All Chartered Physiotherapists will be registered with the Health and Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, so be sure to check the registers for your clinician's details.
EDUzone

It is a well known fact in rehabilitation medicine that educating the patient to maximise their inclusion in the recovery process is vital on just about every metric. Despite this it is worryingly normal to find patients, sometimes even after surgery, that are unable to tell you the most basic information about any procedures or rehabilitation processes that they are expected to be involved in.
We have always been committed to educating our clients, whether this is in person or perhaps from afar. This section is dedicated to sharing an ever increasing patient focused information source, free of charge, to help in this process. Please note that we are reviewing and updating all of our prior education pages during the website transition so the volume may be temporarily reduced.
